Today we will be talking to two fifth grade students in Bayview's tech club. They will be sharing what they are working on in CS First.
John: In tech club we are working on our talent show project. We have to do different projects. I am working on a dog bouncing on different edges. It is painful to watch! I had to put the move in edges box so the dog does not move off screen. I want to do 6 different versions of this to earn all of the badge stickers and I am trying to make one thing different and make it stand out.
Aidan: I am working on basically the same thing as John. I used a different sprite and I have a very interesting plan. It is perfect and I have encountered a problem. My sprite went into the edge and I could not drag it out but I managed to after thinking about my conundrum. I used the bounce off edge block. This is what we did during tech club. Next week I need to complete and perfect the project.
